Connections Breakfast - LEAP DAY!!!
February 29th, 2020 9:30am -11:30am
Join us for a potluck style breakfast (if you have time, bring PROTEIN!) and connect with other women from CBC! Bring your daughters, bring a friend, bring a neighbor, bring your mom.... you get the idea! Susan Sage will be sharing with us, "The Heart of a Mentor." In the Youth Lounge!
March 14th- Second Saturday Coffee-- Union Roasters from 8:30 a.m. - 10 a.m. Informal fellowship time. Come when you can, stay as long as you want, meet new people, someone else cleans up! WIN!
Girl's Game Night -- March 28th, 2020 6pm - 10pm
BIBLE STUDIES: Two Thursday morning studies are being offered --9:15 to10:45 and **childcare IS provided.
Isaiah, Between Eden and the New Jerusalem is a book/ video study by Sandy Richter, facilitated by our own Sara Staeuble. This 10-week study runs from January 16 - March 26, 2020. (9:15 am - 10:45am) The cost for the book is $20.00. Click on link below for more information.
Starting on Thursday February 27th!! Book study: "With" by Skye Jethani, led by Susan Sage. This 5 week study ends on March 26th. Cost is $12 and there IS childcare provided!!
-Thursday Morning Prayer meets in Fireside Room at 11am.
-Servants on Standby (SOS) - We encourage all the women of our church to be involved in this on-call "helps" ministry. Directed by Sally Johnson, when needs arise, she sends out an SOS via email. If you are willing and able to respond to the call, GREAT! If you are not, Sally will ask you to pray for that particular need. Nested into our SOS ministry is Care & Compassion, which seeks to minister to shut-ins and the elderly. Questions may be directed to Sally at above phone number.
Quilting 4 Open Arms - 1st Wednesday of the Month, 2-5pm in the Fireside Room. Quilters gather to fellowship while they make blankets for local outreach, Open Arms/ Real Choices Clinic. Questions may be directed to Karyn Smyth at above phone.
